Open Sky Training receives excellent external quality audit

Open Sky Training received an excellent external audit of their quality systems and so continues to hold the BS ISO9001 Quality Award.

In October 2006 this process was carried out by CQS and this process is required by all organisations holding the respected ISO9001 award for quality.

The external auditor found that "customer satisfaction is monitored on a daily basis and both internal communications and regular operational reviews ensure customer needs are met".

All internal systems are open to the auditors whose closing comment was that "no further action was required".
